Each new day presents an opportunity to
deepen our relationship with God and to
open our hearts to love and serve the Lord.

Trinity Lutheran Church invites you to journey with us as we learn more about our Christian faith and find ways to live and connect with God.

The Church Council, after much discussion and deliberation, approved offering the option of in-person worship gatherings beginning this Sunday, July 19 with the following strict safety protocols:

  • Due to the Governor’s new mandate, face coverings will be REQUIRED by all attendees. Remember, we wear a mask not for our own protection, but to protect our neighbor.
  • Please do not arrive at church before 10:15am. Arriving earlier will tempt you to congregate, violating physical distancing protocols.
  • Forehead temperature will be taken from all attendees upon arrival. If you are feeling ill for any reason (including non-coronavirus symptoms), please stay home.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance to the sanctuary. Please massage some into your hands before entering.
  • Shortly after you arrive, please find a seat in our newly arranged sanctuary seating. Please keep at least 2 chairs between you and other families/individuals. The more space the better.
  • For those with medical conditions or those who feel uncomfortable gathering in-person at this time, each weekly service will be broadcast LIVE at 10:30am through Facebook. The service will be later produced, and posted to YouTube on Monday.
  • For more information about other precautions we have in place, please watch this video.

Every one in our congregation is a friend. Spend a Sunday with us, and you'll be one too.

We have a rich history

Trinity Lutheran Church has served the Sherman community for over 60 years. From our humble beginnings with just 31 members to our present-day congregation, we are all called to do the Lord's work.
